Purpose
To promote EODA membership with both the Public and Private Sectors in order to financially support the goals and objectives of the organization.
Summary of Committee Activities:
• Annual membership mailing completed
• Membership campaign for 2009 resulted in 117 corporate and individual members.
Major sponsors including: Columbia Gas--Holmes Co--Buckeye Power--AEP--
AT&T--Dominion E. Ohio--Revenues totaled $16,250
Other public and private sector memberships revenue totaled --$7,100

• EODA information packets were furnished new board members.
Summary of Proposed Committee Activities:
• Annual membership mailing scheduled in January 2010
• Website and e-mails to be used more effectively for memberships
• Encourage board members to promote memberships in respective counties
• EODA paid memberships will appear on the website
• Suggesting a new EODA brochure developed to more effectively promote memberships
• Annual dues structure will remain the same.
