To annually submit nominations of EODA officers and board members to the Board of Directors for approval.
Summary of Committee Activities:
• Submitted a slate of officers and board members at the October 20, 2009 board of directors meeting. They were approved to serve one or two year terms.
Summary of Proposed Committee Activities:
• A slate of officers and board members will be presented to the board of directors at the October 19, 2010 board meeting for approval.
